Accessibility Statement

Summit Institute (Registered NGO 580031813) (hereinafter: "the Association"), as well as the 'Dror Program' and the 'Yetzir Kapayim' workshop owned by the Association (hereinafter: "Activity Units of the Association"), place great importance on making their services accessible to the general public, including people with disabilities. This commitment stems from a social-ethical worldview and is in accordance with the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 5758–1998, and its regulations.

Website Accessibility

The websites of the Association and its Activity Units comply, as far as possible, with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773–2013, and the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at Level AA, based on the international WCAG 2.0 document.

The accessibility menu on the websites provides the following options:

  • Adjusting text size

  • Changing colors to grayscale

  • Adjusting contrast (Light/Dark mode)

  • Highlighting the background

  • Changing the font for better readability

  • Emphasizing links and headings

To the best of our knowledge, we have found the accessibility plugin to be compatible with all common browsers: Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

Please note that some external content or files (such as documents or videos) may not yet be fully accessible. We are constantly working to update and improve these features.

Physical Accessibility

The "Yetzir Kapayim" shop is located at the entrance to the workshop. Access to the facility is available via elevator; the shop itself is accessible, and accessible restrooms are located nearby.
